Why I can't set up IMAP/POP mail account on my Nokia Lumia 735 phone

I am unable to configure my organization mail (Zimbra web mail client) on my Mobile (OS Windows 8.1). I entered all details such as incomming and outgoing server ip addresses etc. corecetly (Error Code : 80072F30)

Appreciate if you could help to overcome this.

Check with your IT guys as to the correct settings etc.
