why intel hd graphics 4000 does not work vith update 1809

After updating to windows 10 1809 the driver Intel Hd graphics 4000 stop working. No external monitor also. Tried everything and finally I had to rollback to vers. 1803.

I read this today. I don't know if this is what you need, but maybe it will explain why you are having a hard time with the update.
