Why is Cortana not saying my Name correctly?

Although the name entered correctly on the Cortana settings but while asking the name its adding 20% in between my name.

Is it actually saying "twenty percent"? Hexidecimal 20 is the ASCII code for a space. I suspect that may be relevant if you gave it a name consisting of two words with a space in between.
