why is everything on my surface pro zoomed

why is everything on my surface pro zoomed? all the apps, background and even good is zoomed! i have windows 10 and a surface pro 3, when i go to setting it doesnt allow me to change the size, and i cant reset because i have a disc virus software that will be deleted and i bought it with money
