Why is Here drive gone from the App Store?

I'm trying to reinstall my here drive app, it was acting crazy and not working, so I uninstalled. Well, it's not there anymore! ...Is it gone forever? If I hard reset, will I get it back?

It's temporary pulled because of the bug, they said on twitter it's coming vack.

Any idea when it will be back and any suggestions for alternative voice navigation until then please?
