Why is ipconfig.exe window flashing again and again?

For no particular reason ipconfig.exe appears for a fraction of seconds and then dissappears, every 30s to 1min. some times the window is white other times it is black.

Hi Welcome to Windows Central. I have no clue what devise you are talking about.:wink: If your talking about a PC, I suggest running sfc /scannow -Dism.

This usually happens when a program or application that is connecting to the internet needs this service. Did you install any applications in your computer just recently?
