Why is m audio randomly becoming quiet whilst using iTunes on my Surface Pro 3?

Audio randomly becoming quiet whilst using itunes on surface 3

As titled my audio randomly changes on it's own. the audio levels remain the same however the audio coming out is quieter. I have Windows 10. Any solutions ?
