Why is my 10586 slowly charging?

10586 Slow Charging

Is it just me or the phone charges really really slow on this build.

I noticed my battery meter is not accurate, sometimes I leave it charging for a while and find it with less charge or just the same as earlier, sometimes I take it from the charger and I see it jumps from 50% to 80%

tried restarting it a few times to calibrate it but still kind of inconsistent compared to 8.1 and maybe its a result of using it more, you know, playing with new OS and all

I've used a lot of chargers, some of them are Nokia, and received the message that the phone is charging slowly.
I've noticed that most of chargers has a output of 750mA, but when I used my wife's Samsung charger wich has a output of 1000mA (1A), it didn't give me that message and the phone charged very quickly, saying had a normal charge time.

There are some battery problems on this build, battery level jumps both up and down, incosistent battery life etc.

It was very wacky for me day one, it's settled after a full reset. I noted one time power cycling the phone when it was charging slow that it bumped up the battery meter 20% so there are issues for sure.

I have tried up to 10W charger (5V, 2A) and the system says that my phone is still charging slowly.

your phone can negotiate at which rate it charges so it may be deciding to use 500mah for some random reason

Using a 500mAh charger, my phone prompts me that it is still charging slowly.
