why is ATT Lumia 950 more money than buying it at a Microsoft store

ATT 950 version is $50 more. Why?

Because ATT dont feel like moving those devices at a low price.

As odd as it is, I'm assuming they either forgot to update the pricing or don't care to reduce the price further.

Like, a few months ago I saw a Wal-Mart selling the ATT Lumia 635 for $108 right next to the $30 ATT 640's.

At&t sets the pricing for their devices. Microsoft is reselling the At&t devices at the Microsoft store. Microsoft sets the pricing on the unlocked devices. I think the high price is one reason why MIcrosoft hasn't lowered the price of the unlocked devices because I'm sure At&t wants it within a range.
