Why is my audio/sound gone since i "upgraded" or is it DOWNGRADED ? from W 7 to W 10 !!!
What a disaster !!! THIS IS MY BUSINESS WHICH NOW CAME TO A STANDSTILL !!! and you still advertising this "upgrade" with contineous ads very frustrating non stoping Unwanted online "Pop ups" with no option/choice for your customers to "skip" these ads !!! ???

I'm sorry you are experiencing these issues. Quite likely you need new drivers. And an uninstall of the old drivers first.

Check the OEM Support site for your device and/or the hardware component. Download new drivers if they can be found... Open Device Manager and expand the component category.

Disable the device and uninstall the drivers for it. Reboot. Run the driver install utility you downloaded from your OEM. Reboot, even if it does not advise you to...
