Why is my Build 10166 stuck at 32?

Build 10166 stuck at 32%

I'm trying to download Build 10166 but it is stuck at 32% and does not proceed. And after some time, all notification icons start blinking.
Anyone found the same issue? If yes, how was it solved?

My 635 is doing the same thing. My 640, updated without a problem.

check your phone free space. I hit this once and it turns that not a lot disk space on Phone storage was available. I also could not figure out how to make the download to go to SD card even though in Storage Sense all was targeted to it.

Yes.. Most of the people are facing this issue.. Your can try this to fix it.. Charge it 100%, restart, and then try to dwnld update.. If not working then wait for MS to fix it..

dont panic.... i had the same problem..
in background its downloading and even preparing to install...
i went through the same thing....
dont do anything wrong..

Same bull**** here. On L525. It is stuck at 0%.

SOLVED! It was working in background. Cogs are now spinning!

Mine has gotten to 31% 4 times since 3pm Friday. After hours, it will say it failed, and start over or reboot!

I'm also having the same issue... Were you able to fix it? Does anyone found a resolution to this issue... I've tried everything posted in the thread from charging the phone to 100% and even did a Hard Reset.. Still Same..

Nothing I have done helped. Keep hoping for answers. But I have two 635's, one has 8.1 on it!
