Why is my chrome sound switching to another playback device?

I have recently upgraded to windows ten. After leaving my computer on for a while, the playback device switches from my speakers in my monitor (default) to SPDIF Interface. (I looked under playback devices and found that sound was trying to come out of this device). If I disable that device, it goes to another. Disabling all but my monitor doesn't make it work. Only a restart sets it back to normal.
