why is my functional keys and my brightness adjustment not working

ever since i install windows 10 i've not being able to use the commands on my functional keys and also i can't reduce or increase the brightness on my pc

What are you using, laptop, all-in-one, desktop pc?

As it sounds like you may most likely need to reinstall your keyboard drivers.
