Why is my Kindle cannot Multiplayer with my brother's samsung galaxy tab in Asphalt 8 ? Please Help

All i want is to Play with my Friends and my brother in the game of Asphalt 8.
but why i cant connect with them in multiplayer.
Is it because my tablet is Kindle and their tablet is samsung?
