Why is my laptop missing Windows Hello when I have fingerprint reader?

Why mine laptop missing Windows Hello when i have fingerprint reader

In my account settings i dont have Windows hello settings . I have there just pin and picture login or what ever it is . Where i can find it or it will pop-up in some next update?

As I remember, you need to have created a PIN first. Then if your fingerprint is recognized in Device Manger, the sign in option for fingerprint will appear and you will be able to setup Hello with fingerprint.
