Why is my lap top scroller not working right since I downloaded Windows 10
E.g. in my documents file I am unable to move the list over to look at the files at the end of the list. Also can't get the scroller to move and select something, like the help button. When there are several documents open I am having trouble with selecting them down at the task bar. They quickly show up and before I can pick which one I want they go away.
