Why is my Lumia 1020 "recording light" stuck on?

I have a Lumia 1020, which is ordinarily awesome. However, the "recording light" is now stuck on . I have reviewed the message board and there seems to be no answer. What do I do? Please help.

Do you mean the Flash for the rear camera is stuck on?

Do you have a flashlight App?

Or do you mean something else?
