Why is my lumia 620 lagging ?

My phone had recently had USB conector replacement beacuse during charging something overheated , NOKIA service put it back to normal again . I started to use it again from today , downloaded all my apps I use , disabled all the app i don't need , optimized it for best performance by removing all the things I don't need bla bla
I tought it will go away but I have this weard lag while i am scrolling either start screen or programs list , IE scrolling also lags , tryed soft reset , heard from other posts that hard reset won't work , restarted it million times , still no luck , how to make this go away pls ?

Hard reset but don't restore. That does the trick.

There was a bug/problem with turning on/off bluetooth so you can do this: turn ON bluetooth and leave it on.

Restart the phone at least TWICE and leave it there. Check battery status every hour and responsiveness in general.
