Why is my LUMIA 640 is not uploading photos to social media or other apps?
When tap to add pictures it opens the gallery and I can choose a photo but it won't ever load into the app, and sometimes the app freezes and I have to force close it. I can't even change my Lockscreen or Startscreen photos.
