Why is my lumia 730 getting slower in performance?

I have checked my storage and the system storage however has consumed a lot of the storage (over 5 GB of the phone storage) which I cannot move or do anything about. I have the new update on lumia denim on my nokia lumia 730...Could the slowness be a problem with clearing the RAM? I already deleted the temporary files and cleared my cache. I reduced my apps (which aren't occupying much space) Some apps also don't allow for storage on the SD card. What should I do? Please help.

What kind of slow behaviour you are noting. In most cases it's because of a lower read write speed sd cards and not the device itself. Hope you ar not using class 6 or 4 micro sd card

on l735 every kind slowness was cause by a class 6 sd to me .. not only for the apps that i installed the but there were also some weird bugs
