Why is my microsoft account content not syncing after updating to Windows 10 Mobile

I just updated my Lumia 640 to Windows 10 Mobile. When I go to Accounts, my main Microsoft account is listed, but my account is not showing up in the People and Outlook apps. There isn't anywhere I can sign out and sign back in to trigger a resync that I can tell. I checked on the server and all my content is still there, it's just not being synced to my phone.

Here same problem. Lumia 830 latest insider preview.
hard reset didnt help.
Rolled back to 8.1. account works fine. Problem with windows 10 mobile.
