Why is my Microsoft account not up to date?

Microsoft account "not up to date"

I just reset my Lumia 930 and then add Microsoft Account that is the same one before I reset.
The problem is it can't sync. In email+account setting it says that my Microsoft account is not up to date. I retried syncing several times but no luck. I can't sync my account right now. ; _ ;

In most case this means that your date and time settings are not correct for your location.
So please check you date and time settings and your time zone.

Try using a PC browser and logging in to your Microsoft Account to see if there are any messages on your dashboard to help complete the process...
