Why is my music can't be saved as a ringtone?

[Windows Central Question]

I was making a ringtone using the ringtone maker from the store. My music came from youtube converted into mp3.

Then I tried converting the music and it said "The ringtone is not saved. It isn't clear why. Please try again.

I tried it many times but still won't work. What should I do?

This isn't exactly what you're looking for, but it gets you full songs as ringtone (haven't used it in a while so hope it still works)
