Why is my Nokia Lumia 1320 heating up so fast after Cyan update?

after my preview update to cyan....the phone is getting 44 degree temp..n even listening to songs becomes a reason ...so help me to solve the problem

Try doing a soft reset. If that doesn't work, turn off your phone for sometime and then turn it on. See if that helps...
