Why is my Nokia lumia vibrating loudly as soon as i put the battery in?

Every time i try to put the battery into my Nokia lumia 735 it vibrates really loudly it doesn't come on or anything

This indicates that your battery is flat (near to 0%) so you should connect it to your charger and it may take a few hours before it comes to "live" again.
