Why is my phone not unlocking even though I have restarted it?

My Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual Sim has just updated from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 technical preview. I try to enter my PIN and unlock it but it doesn't work. I keep trying, then I search up the problem and it says leave your phone alone for 2 hours. So I leave it alone for 2-4 hours. I open it up, and instead of letting my type in my pin, it says

"You've entered an incorrect PIN too many times.

To try again, restart your device."

I restart it again and again and even hard reboot it, but it still remains. What do I do?
