Why is my phone still showing my previous OS?

I was updated my windows phone to lumia denim but when we take extras+ info ot is still showing lumia cyan?

For me, it installed two updates one after other, before it showed me Denim. Check for phone updates if you have any pending updates. Also, check online to see if you actually should be getting Denim (Software update for Lumia with Windows Phone 8 - Microsoft - Global)
