Why is my screen all black?

My screen is balck

My phone is fully charged but the screen is black and I'm not able to reset it or do anything to it.

What device are you referring to? If that is a Windows Phone, how were you able to determine that your phone is already fully-charged? What was the last thing that you did to your phone before you experienced that black screen issue?
