Why is my upgrade to 10525 getting stuck at 47 have to reset to previous?

why is my upgrade to 10525 getting stuck at 47% have to reset to previous

while upgrading to the new 10525 computer goes through the download process and then starts the install, runs good up till 47% where it stalls and does not move.
I have tried it with all security software switched off but still does the same.
