Why is my Windows 950 ringer constantly muting?

Windows 950 ringer is constantly muting

Without my prompting the ringer on my 950 is constantly muting itself. It is happening 8 to 10 times per day.

I do not have "quiet" enabled.

Are you using Bluetooth in a car? There is a bug when you leave the car it mutes the ringer. I guess a Bluetooth speaker could do the same.

Make sure you dont have the phone set to sync with your home computer.

I am not using Bluetooth in my car. t seems to have something to do with Skype for business. When I have a meeting it auto mutes but it never unmutes.

The wife's 1520 also does this. No idea why.
