Why is my Windows phone freezing while resetting mode?

windows phone is freezing while resetting mode !!!

i'm on windows 10 tech preview and i was want to reset my phone because it was completely didn't work well,
so i have reset it by the normal way by go to the settings and About phone and reset and while it was processing the processing bar has been breezed and after a few minutes my phone had restarted and then open the reset window again and then restart again i can't access my phone now and i have tried the second way to reset it and it wasn't work ! i can only open my phone in the recovery mode (power + volume up) without making my phone restart, i also tried to recover it by windows recovery tool and it wasn't work too ,
my phone is : microsoft lumia 640 xl
i want a quick answer please :'(

Try pounding your fist on it. If it makes the Microsoft Lumia 640 XL worse, try slapping it steadily with rubs in between each four or five smacks.
