The Netflix app for WP is a disgrace
So old it doesn't even have the new logo or profiles.
I asked through Netflix's contact system, and they said "Oh boy.. I'll tell the mobile devs" and that was half a year ago

Jeez, my Wii has a more recent version then WP

So I was just thinking this same thing and decided to try and contact them about it. I chatted with a rep who was very polite and helpful, pretty much said the same thing as they said to you...we will pass this request along to our techs. I asked him for an email address I could email out requests to and he gave me pr@Netflix.com I suggest we all email them and request features that are standard on pretty much any other device. I've decided to be much more proactive with apps and devs. The more we request stuff the less we can be ignored/offered a substandard app experience. You are either part of the solution or part of the problem right?! I encourage all of you guys to email them as well and request features that you would like to see implemented into our favorite operating system!

Edit: I received an automated email saying that that my message will only be viewed if it pertains to pr with a link to chat with a representative for any other concerns. So it looks like we will have to just barrage them with chat requests until we get results!

Netflix for Wii is missing profiles too. Seems odd they are so slow at uprating their apps.

Nothing new Netflix and MS have always been Crappy, case in point Windows Media Center. The app is old... olllllddd.... and every time there were issues with it and you contacted Netflix they said we didn't make the app Microsoft did, then you contact Microsoft and they say no Netflix made the app call them, and so on. I'm afraid to see what the future of the Windows 8 Metro / Modern UI / whatever they are calling it, app will hold. It is nice now, but what will happen a few months from now?
