Why is the camera on my Nokia Lumia 720 showing various colors when I capture images?

Nokia Lumia 720 camera issues

My Nokia Lumia 720 suddenly started acting weird. The capture area on my handphone shows various colors when I capture images. I also tried soft reseting my hand phone and also the camera. It worked well for around seven days and now back to the same issue.
Can anyone please help me with this issue?
It is currently in Win 8.1 Cyan version...

Can you post a sample photo here? It might help us identify the problem more easily. How frequently does this happen?
