why is the video component on my newly purchased nokia lumia 1320 not working. Help please

the call component works alright and when I to use the video sometime came on the that Microsoft does not support this.

Video Calling or Video Chat?

I believe video calling is coming in Windows 10 for mobile.

There are any number of Video Chat clients including Skype which came with your phone...
