Why is there a lot of unnecessary files in Groove Music?

In Windows Phone 10,when i open Groove Music,i see a lot of unnecessary files along with my Songs.Those files wont open.But there are like 1000nds of those files in the app.What are those?How to Remove them?

Those are the system sound from system apps and third party apps, they need it to function properly, don't remove them.
