Why is UK Lumia 720 black so late?

And I have the carrier free version which makes absolutely no difference to timings from my experiences so far.

Same in Germany. Still "waiting for approval" for the country variant, but Vodafone has got it already :-( Doesn't make much sense to me.

Just got it too. I have country variant as well. It went straight from waiting for approval to available! Hopefully Germany will get it soon.
