Why is Viber not working on my Windows 7 pc but is on my phone?

i just get a whit screen ... i dont c any of my contacts but if anyone send me a msg while im on pc i can c the msg when it comes but cant read it ... cant call cant get calls
just whit ,,, it was working on my old XP win .... but wouldent work on win 7 i reinstall it many times ..
any one can help !!!
