Why isn't my Citrix Receiver App working?

Citrix Receiver App Not Working

I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 running 8.1, and I need Citrix for my job. I can install the app fine, but run into problems trying to set it up.

When I lauch the app I see a text field asking for a server or domain, which I enter with the information provided by my IT department. It then takes me to a screen asking for a username and password. I login with the same credentials I use to login to our network here at work. At this point, the screen appears to reset. That is, I see the login screen again, but it doesn't tell me my credentials are incorrect, it just takes me back to the original screen.

I have spoken with our IT department about it, and they think the problem has something to do with not being able to click on an "enterprise" version on one of the screens. I have no other buttons to select or settings to adjust in the app. I only have the text fields on the domain and login screens that I cannot get past.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

My wife needed Citrix for her job, as well, a while back. It was a disaster of an app and we never got it to work. She ended up having to go to an Android-based phone. I hope that you have better luck with it.
