Why isn't my clock working properly with windows phone 8.1 cyan?

Hello. I have a Nokia Lumia 920 which I have updated to windows phone 8.1 cyan and the clock does not sync automatically nor work manually. When I set it manually it starts going 20 seconds after the time I set. Anyone els have this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks
