Why isn't my Lumia 520 starting?

Windows Central Question

why my lumia 520 is not starting

I was installing windows 10 preview my phone started to install it... it shows gears for about 5sec but then turns off... i tried to reset it manually but it is not showing any exclamation mark... plz help
