Why isn't my Lumia 720 turning on?

my lumia 720 is not turning on!!!it showing charging option only

i reset my phone,but due to insufficient battery it is turned off while resetting..
now it is not turning on...it just showing charging red colour battery...what i should do.....????

Keep it on charger and after a few hours try a soft reset by pressing the volume down plus power button combination till the phone vibrates
