Why isn't my Lumia charging?

my lumia is not charging

My lumia was low on battery.When i plugged in the charger, my lumia shows the charging icon and restarts again and again...plzzz tell me what happened....

If the phone is actually restarting, I would recommend using Lumia Software Recovery Tool now and reset the device to wp8.0

Yeah... You need a reset/restore.
