my Microsoft account won't work

this is what it keeps saying " sorry, but there's a problem with your Microsoft account. Tap next to fix it online". i'v tried going online but i don't know where the fix button is. Please help

Go to the Microsoft support page for your country and give them a call they are really good and helpful
