mircosoft band not showing call, email, fb, twitter tile - paired with lumia 920
i recently purchased the band and paired it with my lumia 920. All fitness tracking seems to be working fine (sleep, heart rate, steps, exercise, etc) but it is not showing any tiles for call, email, twitter and FB. For messages tile too, it is not alerting for any notification.
I have microsoft health apps latest version installed on phone. Under "managed tiles" on phone app, i can't see these tiles. So it is not the problem of switching on the tiles on MS health app. Firmware on phone and band is latest.
Spoke to customer care couple of time. they tried all the options - resetting my phone, reset the band, sync the band with laptop app, uninstall and install the app multiple times.. but nothing helped. They suggested to get the replacement which i am going to do.
Did anybody else face such issue?
phone firmware: 8.10.12393.890
ms health app version: 1.3.10720.1
band firmware: 10.3.3304.0 09 R
