Why isn't my Outlook syncing, error 85002012?

outlook not syncing, error 85002012

Since Sunday my outlook account on my 735 hasn't been syncing. I get error code 85002012. I thought maybe ita a big and ill wait it out but ita been days now. It works fine online though. Anybody have this issue or a fix??

Do not use any public Wi-Fi or data. Use Wi-Fi at home.
