Why isn't my ringer working properly on my Viber and Skype account (Nexus 5)?

viber and skype problem in my nexus 5

im having same problem both in my skype and viber...whenever i give a call to someone its only ring once then it become silent....i dont know its ringing or not....please help me!!!
