My swipe key board not working

MY SWIPE KEY BOARD NOT WORKING..
I am using wp 8.1 ,L820 Model

settings > keyboard > tap the language > check 'type as I swipe through letters'.

edit: if that option is not available, that means it doesn't support swipe for that language.
