Why isn't my Whatsapp media auto-download working?

Whatsapp media auto-download not working

I am using Lumia 1520.
My problem is I set my Whatsapp to auto-download any media (pic, vid, voice) to my phone.
But for certain Whatsapp group, I still need to manually download the media.
This sometimes caused me to miss some important information from the group.

Do anybody have any idea how to solve this?

I think its a bug bcoz I turned off the auto download...still in one group pics and videos are automatically downloaded...

Yea, seems to be a random issue with some groups. Mail WhatsApp if possible & hopefully they'll fix it with next update.
