Why isn't my wifi connection responding?

wifi connection not responding

Hello,
I am an user of Lumia 640xl. My problem is that, my phone is showing that the wifi network is connected but neither am I able to refresh facebook nor visit any site. The web pages are showing "we're having trouble displaying this page" What to do, please help
