Why isn't the default voice navigation application working from Bing?

Default voice navigation application not working from Bing

Windows Phone 8.1 Lumia Denim
Nokia Lumia 920

I search for an address in Bing. Ted's Appliance Shelton, CT

Bing finds the location and presents a mini map and under the map there are two links. One with the phone number and one with the word Directions.

I have a default voice navigation provider selected, but clicking the Directions link does not bring up the navigation application. I have tried to select different Nav applications and none of them work.

Is there another setting that I am missing? Is this a bug?

Very annoying that this feature is no longer working.

I have a 930 and it works flawlessly. It seems I "stay" in Bing as the layout is identically as the search page.
